This distribution is being made in accordance with the Court's Final Order and Judgment dated July 13, 2023. If you received a payment in this distribution, please promptly cash your check, as your check will become void 90 days from issuance and the funds may no longer be available to be paid to you after this void date. This website has been established to provide general information regarding the proposed settlement (“Settlement”) of the class action captioned ODS Capital LLC v. JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd., No. 18-cv-12083 (ALC) (S.D.N.Y.), pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”). Capitalized terms used on this website and not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Stipulation of Settlement, dated January 23, 2023 (“Stipulation”).
Please be advised that your rights may be affected by the above-captioned securities class action (the “Litigation” or “Action”) pending in the Court if you are a member of the Settlement Class, which includes the following:
All persons who sold JA Solar Securities, and were damaged thereby, during the period from November 20, 2017 through July 16, 2018 (the effective date of the Merger), inclusive, and all Persons whose JA Solar Securities were cancelled or tendered in exchange for the right to receive the Merger consideration.
Court-appointed Co-Lead Plaintiffs are Altimeo Asset Management and ODS Capital LLC (“Co-Lead Plaintiffs”). Defendants are JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd., Baofang Jin, and Shaohua Jia.
